Information and letting terms

Apartments are let on the understanding that strictly no more than the specified number of persons may make use of them.

Payment: Booking form can only be firmly accepted when the

deposit and signed booking for are received. The balance of the account must be paid four weeks before your date of arrival.

Bookings:  We suggest that you telephone us before forwarding your £75.00 deposit to ascertain the availability of the

accommodation you require. We will then hold it for six days to allow your deposit to reach us. The balance must be paid four weeks before the date of your arrival.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation for any reason the deposit is not refundable and the full fee is payable unless we re-let, in which case  we will return any over payment to you. Holiday Cancellation Protection insurance is available.

Telephone Bookings: The reservation office is open daily. On occasions an answering machine is operating for you to  leave you message or call my Mobile No 07739 379 883.

Occupation: The apartments  are cleaned prior to your arrival and occupation at 1:00pm. Please make all travel arrangements to arrive from 1:00pm onwards. On the day of your departure please vacate the  Apartment by 9:30am leaving it in a similar condition to which you found it.

We cannot accept bookings from single groups or from persons under the age of 30.

No reservations can be secured unless a £75 deposit has been received.

We regret animals are strictly not permitted on the premises.
