When approaching Skegness by the A52 from Boston, follow the traffic signs to Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island, turn right into Scarborough Avenue, then for apartments 1—6 turn left into Park Avenue, left on Castleton Boulevard  and we are 100 metres away on the left hand side. For apartments 7– 10, turn left into Lumley Avenue off Scarborough Avenue and we are 200 metres on the right hand side.

From the A158 from Lincoln, follow the signs to the seafront, going straight over at the traffic lights, then for apartments 1—6 go up to the seafront, do a U-turn back to the apartments. 

For apartments 7—10, turn right into Lumley Avenue from Castleton Boulevard and the car park is immediately on the left.
